What All Prices Include

Payment & Cancellation
We accept cash (ALL or EUR), credit cards, and bank transfer. Booking is confirmed with a 20% deposit; the balance is due on the day of the tour. Cancellations more than 7 days before the date are fully refundable. Cancellations within 7 days lose the deposit but you can reschedule to any future date within 12 months at no extra cost.
For weather cancellations on our side (river too high, safety risk), you get a full refund or a reschedule — your choice. We never run trips we judge unsafe, regardless of how many guests are booked.
